here are some more pictures of my dear friend heidi.
heidi is an inspiration to me and always will be! heidi is really one of my favorite people to photograph. she was the first portrait session i had ever done in 2007 [which was what really sparked my interest in photography.] i then shot her again in 2008.
In the winter of 2009 heidi suffered from an AVM burst and had a stroke. from that point she had to learn to walk and talk all over again.
almost two years later heidi is 100 times stronger, and will be for the rest of her life.
i'm telling you this so when you look at these pictures you can notice the strength in her eyes, and the happiness she has for life. a happiness we should all have.
